I have been told so many different things and I am confused. I recently just lost 30 pounds and want to keep it off for good. I am 5'3" 110 lbs and 19 years old. I workout 5-7 days a week and am generally a moderately active girl. How many calories should I be eating a day?
Congratulations on the weight loss and wanting to make it permanent! A recent survey came out showing you're not alone -- most people have no idea how many calories they should be eating. Look at yourself in the mirror, measure how you're doing by how your clothes fit, and step on the scale occasionally. Don't get too caught up in numbers -- you said you lost 30 lbs -- continue doing what you've been doing because that works!
