I am pretty healty persay...I run almost 6 days a week hard, eat plenty of fruits, veggies, chicken, and grains but have a very high weakness for sweets and carbs. I also drink protien shakes here and there. My weaknesses in detail are chocolate covered raisins, pretzels, and chips...

Focus on sweet foods that will still satisfy your cravings without breaking the calorie and sugar bank, so to speak. Grilled fruit with a little drizzled dark chocolate is a fantastic option -- pineapple and peaches work particularly well.
